Kinesiology - Child's Appointment
This is an appointment that goes for 60 minutes and is specifically designed for children.
Kids can benefit from kinesiology, but often a standard session is too long — so we've created a special session type for them
Kinesiology - Long Appointment
This appointment will go for 2 hours.
A long appointment is normally used for physiological or neurological concerns, for example:

reproductive system,

premenstrual dysphoric disorder

ADHD

immune system problems
-
digestive concerns
-
liver or kidney overload
Kinesiology - Standard Appointment
This appointment will go for 90 minutes.
In each appointment, we look at:

what stress you’re experiencing

if you have physical pain or fatigue
-
supporting your body to return to homeostasis
-
doing relevant somatic exercises to support your wellbeing
-
bringing more peace and calm to your life

Initial Appointment
Your initial appointment goes for 2 hours.
Because it’s your first appointment, we want to cover all our bases:
